    Like any good personal trainer, Nike Training Club is able to adjust and adapt to meet your personal needs. That means once you've started a plan, you can easily make changes to that plan.

    To edit your Nike Training Club plan, go to the Workout tab, select "My Plan" and tap "Edit Plan". You'll then be able to make changes to any of the following:

    • Equipment available
    • Workouts per week
    • Including running
    • Plan difficulty
    • Ending Plan

    You may also choose "Edit Schedule" to adjust the plan and move workouts to days that work best for you.

    When using the NTC app on your Apple Watch, make edits to your plan on your iPhone and you're good to go.

    With such customisability, you'll be able to get the most from your workout plans, on your terms.
