    One of the best nutrition apps available, Lose It! helps you set a daily calorie budget, track your food and exercise, and stay motivated to make smarter choices and achieve your goals.

    To share your Lose It! information with Nike+, select your connection preference below and follow the instructions.

    Nike+ Fuel App for iOS (Mobile)
    1. If you haven't already done so, download and install the free Lose It! app for iOS
    2. In the Nike+ Fuel App for iOS, open the menu tray and tap "Partners"
    3. Tap the Lose It! icon
    4. Tap "Connect"
    5. If prompted, enter your Lose It! login information
    6. Tap "Open"
    7. On the Lose It! home screen, tap "More"
    8. Tap "Apps & Devices"
    9. Tap "Nike+ Fuel"
    10. Tap "Connect Nike+ Fuel"
    11. If prompted, log in to NikePlus

    You'll now see an updated screen indicating that Lose It! is connected with Nike+ Fuel. Selected Lose It! data will now be integrated into your Nike experience.
