    The standard calibration for the Nike + iPod Sensor is very accurate, but for maximum accuracy it can be calibrated to your natural running or walking style.

    • Note: The iPod Sensor is not used with the 5th and 7th generation iPod nano.

    For best results, we recommend that you calibrate on a certified 400-meter track and select a calibration distance between 800 meters (2 laps) and 1600 meters (4 laps).
