    If your Nike+ FuelBand SE or first generation FuelBand display is blank or does not light up, try these troubleshooting steps:

    1. It may seem obvious, but please make sure your device is charged!
    2. If your device IS charged but won't light up, please try a factory reset.

    If you've tried a factory reset and your device still won't light up, please contact us for more advanced troubleshooting.
