    If your Nike+ SportBand won't charge, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

    1. Check to see if the SportBand is correctly plugged into the USB port and the connector is facing the right direction
    2. Plug the SportBand directly into the USB port without using a USB cable adaptor
    3. If you have a PC, plug the SportBand into a different USB port
    4. If available, try charging your SportBand on a different computer

    If these troubleshooting steps do not help you charge your SportBand, please contact us.
