    The error "Unexpected response from NikePlus" indicates a communication problem between Nike+ Connect and the server.

    If you encounter this error, here are some recommended troubleshooting steps:

    1. Make sure you are connected to the Internet. To do so, please visit any public website and refresh the page to ensure you are not viewing a cached version.
    2. Make sure that is available by navigating to the website and refreshing the page to ensure that you're not viewing a cached version.
    3. If an Internet connection and the website are both available and the error persists, please perform a factory reset in Nike+ Connect. You can do so by clicking "Settings" to open the Nike+ Connect Settings drawer and then clicking "Factory Restore," in the lower left-hand corner. If this option is unavailable, you can follow the alternate factory reset option.

    If the error persists after you have completed the steps described above, please contact us.
