Follow these two simple troubleshooting steps if your Nike+ FuelBand SE or first generation FuelBand displays the plug-in icon.
- Plug your device in to your computer's USB port and allow Nike+ Connect to launch.
- If Nike+ Connect indicates that you have NikeFuel to upload, please follow the steps to upload your activity. No further action is needed.
- If Nike+ Connect indicates that you do not have NikeFuel to upload, please disconnect your FuelBand from your USB port and proceed to the next step.
- Press the button on your FuelBand.
If the normal stat loop information appears on your FuelBand (FUEL, TIME, etc.), no further action is needed.
If the same plug icon with two animated lines appears, please contact us, as there may be a problem with your device's accelerometer.
