    A Code 68 error message when plugging in your Nike+ SportBand indicates that Nike+ Connect is unable to update your firmware.

    Nike+ SportBand Code 68

    You can still use your SportBand despite Code 68. However, Code 68 will prevent you from installing the latest firmware updates, which contain new features, bug fixes, and other important improvements to your Nike experience.

    Follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve Code 68:

    1. Unplug your SportBand from your computer's USB port.

    2. Plug your SportBand back into your computer's USB port.

    3. Nike+ Connect should prompt you to install the firmware update that's available. Please click "Update" to start the installation process.

    4. If the problem continues, wait several hours and try again.
      • The issue may be a problem with, which is generally resolved within a few hours.
