    Thanks for your feedback.

Please follow these steps if your Polar WearLink+ heart rate transmitter does not link to your Nike device.

    1. Verify you have a Polar WearLink+ heart rate transmitter that is compatible with NikePlus. You should see a small red label on the transmitter that reads: "works with NikePlus".

    2. Verify that you are linking the Polar WearLink+ to a compatible Nike device. Polar WearLink+ is compatible with Nike+ SportWatch GPS, Nike+ SportBand, and iPod nano (generations 5 and 6).

    3. Find the Polar WearLink+ serial number. Serial numbers beginning with C131-C135, C139, C141, C143, C145, C147, and C151 have been found to be defective.

    4. Contact Polar for support.

For quickest resolution, U.S. consumers should send an email to and provide your name, mailing address, phone number, and device serial number.

You can also call Polar at 1-800-998-7816 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET, Monday-Friday.

If outside the U.S., visit, click "Change region" in the upper right corner, and click "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page.
