    Thanks for your feedback.

Change the size of your Nike+ FuelBand by using the two exchangeable links included with your device.

The Nike+ FuelBand is available in Small, Medium/Large and Extra Large, but each FuelBand size can be adjusted.

The FuelBand comes with an 8 millimeter link already attached to the band. The device also includes a sizing tool and an extra 16 millimeter link.

You can add or remove these links to make the FuelBand looser or tighter, depending on your preference.

    How to remove FuelBand links:

    1. Push the pin of the sizing tool into the hole on the 8 millimeter link to release it from the FuelBand clasp. If you no longer have the sizing tool, you can use a bent paperclip.

    2. Insert the sizing tool pin or paperclip into the hole on the FuelBand. Push down until you feel the link release.

    How to add FuelBand links:

Connect the links to the band as shown below and snap the band closed.

Note: Please do not use both links at the same time to make the FuelBand larger as it can excessively stretch your device.

If the links or clasp do not attach or detach, please see the FuelBand clasp or link troubleshooting FAQ. For more information about sizing, see the FuelBand size guide.
