    Thanks for your feedback.

Place the Nike+ Sensor into a Nike+ shoe by lifting the sockliner of the left shoe and removing the foam insert from the Nike+ pocket. All Nike+ ready shoes come with a foam insert in the Nike+ pocket in place of the sensor.

Place the sensor in the pocket logo with the flat side facing up. The direction of the Nike logo does not matter. Once the sensor is placed in the pocket, lay the sockliner back down.

The Nike+ pocket in your shoe is specifically designed to hold the Nike+ Sensor. The sensor should sit flush with the bottom of the shoe insole so you do not feel it.

The Nike+ Sensor is designed to be used with Nike+ ready shoes. Placing the sensor in other shoe types will diminish run data accuracy.
