    How do I set up my Nike+ SportBand?

    To complete Nike+ SportBand setup, follow the steps below. You can also find this information in the SportBand Manual.

    1. Download Nike+ Connect and follow the on-screen installation steps.
    2. Once Nike+ Connect has been installed, you'll be prompted to plug your SportBand into your computer's USB port. Detach the Link from the band, remove the plastic sticker, and insert the Link into a USB port.
    3. Sign in to NikePlus. If you haven't yet connected with NikePlus, click "Join". Your run data will be stored with NikePlus.
    4. Configure your settings within the Nike+ Connect software. Click the "Profile" tab to enter your weight and select your units of measurement. You can also use the "Time & Date" tab to customize your clock settings and the "Customize" tab to edit the information you see while using the SportBand.
